- Dive straight into hands-on learning tailored to your chosen pod. Whether it’s Virtual Assistance, UX Design, or No-Code, you’ll complete your first mini project as proof of concept. Expect fast feedback in your live breakout session and discover how “learning in public” builds momentum.
Week 3: Workflow Tools for Visibility + Ops
- Master essential tools like Loom, Notion, and LinkedIn to streamline your work. Set up your personal WorkOS—whether it’s SOPs for freelancers or polished resumes for job seekers. You’ll leave this week with a professional digital workspace ready to impress clients and employers.
Week 4: Portfolio / Application Materials
- Learn how to package your work into portfolios, resumes, and application bundles that stand out. By the end of Week 4, you’ll have a live portfolio (freelance) or a polished resume and sample application package (full-time), plus live peer reviews to refine your assets.
Week 5: Offers, Personal Brands, and Pricing
- This week is all about positioning yourself for success. You’ll craft a compelling offer sheet or LinkedIn summary and learn how clarity and confidence can drive higher rates and stronger job offers. Pitch your brand live in our clinic for direct instructor feedback.
Week 6: Client & Job Search Execution
- No more theory - this is where you hit the market. Learn how to find real opportunities on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. Execute your first outreach campaigns, apply to jobs, and reflect on your results during our live Q&A.
Week 7: Proof of Work + References
- Turn your projects into social proof. You’ll write case studies, collect testimonials, and craft job stories that make your profile irresistible. Final peer feedback ensures your proof-of-work is polished and ready for prospects.
Week 8: Graduation + What’s Next
- Wrap up your 8-week sprint with a full portfolio and final presentation. Celebrate your progress in the graduation ceremony and get a roadmap for what’s next—whether moving into the Indie Phase or joining HireTalent’s vetted pool.
